CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that delays can happen and we are happy to accommodate a grace period of up to 10 minutes for scheduled appointments. Please note, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can provide you and all our clients with the best possible service. In the event of a no-show without prior notification, a non refundable appointment retainer fee will be applied according to our cancellation policy. To avoid any fees or the need to reschedule, please contact us if you anticipate any delays beyond the grace period. To ensure that we can operate efficiently and offer timely services to everyone, we kindly request that all clients adhere to our appointment cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the unused time slot to other clients on our waiting list. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of service that will be charged to the card on file. Future appointments will not be eligible for booking until balance is current.
