Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Late/ No Show Policy
At Lush Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To respect our time and the time of other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the service total. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments using any of the following methods:
• Email: Send cancellation requests to yannabee@thelush.com
• Online: Use the reschedule or cancel link included in your appointment confirmation from GlossGenius
• Phone: Call or text 937-672-2529 and leave a detailed voicemail or text message including your full name and appointment date and time
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and effectively. In this case, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.
Please plan to arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
All late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, credited, or applied to future services under any circumstances. These fees are charged as compensation for reserved appointment time that could not be filled.
Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to prepay in full to secure future bookings.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policy.
